I have been working with a command that does this for BLOCK NAMES - but it also lists blocks in the drawing which aren't part of our scope that we want to "count". but the end users for this command are NOT AutoCAD users by profession and invariably get overwhelmed with choices, wizards, and just want automatic output for this specific task.
